About the Facility
Q Do you provide parking?
Our Parking Building accommodates 425 vehicles. Parking is 600 yen every 30 minutes, up to a maximum of 12,000 yen a day (10 or more hours).
Q Are there changing rooms for banquet guests?
There are changing rooms for both ladies and gentlemen on the Second Floor of our Main Building. Their locations or hours of operation may change depending on the status of the various banqueting halls, so please confirm once you arrive.
Q Is there a smoking room?
There is a Smoking Room for banquet guests on the Third Floor of the Main Building, open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. These hours may change from day to day, so please confirm when you arrive.
Q Are there any facilities for breastfeeding?
There is a room available next to the Ladies' Room on the Second Floor of the Main Building.
Q Can you provide screens, projectors, and other audio-visual equipment, or simultaneous translation systems, microphones, and other equipment?
We will be pleased to provide them. Please inform us of your requirements when you place your reservations.
Q I would like to use the internet in the banquet hall.
We offer high-speed LAN and Wi-Fi connection services. Please request these when you make your reservations.
Q What is the capacity of each banquet hall?

Other Services
Q Is there anywhere banquet guests can put on kimonos or get their hair and make-up done?
We can assist you with all your needs at the Hatsuko Endo Beauty Studio on the Sixth Floor of the Main Building.
Q Do you offer any childcare services while parents attend banquets?
Our Baby Room is on the Fourth Floor of the Main Building. Advance reservations are required, and a fee is charged for usage. Please refer here for details.
Q Are you able to accommodate food allergies or other dietary restrictions?
We do our very best to meet individual needs. Please inform us when you place your reservations.
Q Do you have children's menus for your banquet halls?
Please inquire when you make your reservations.
Q Is it possible to hold Buddhist ceremonies such as memorial ceremonies?
