There may be limitations for cards not listed above, or at certain shops or restaurants, so please inquire for details.
Q Can I reserve items, to have them set aside?

We recommend reserving popular items such as our Chaliapin Pie in advance.
Q Do you deliver?
We are honored to make deliveries, with the exception of side dishes, breads, cakes, and a few other items. Please inquire for details.
Q Can I order personalized cakes for birthdays or other special days?
We are honored to accommodate your wishes. Please inquire for details.
Q Do you have vouchers or hotel gift certificates?
Our Hotel Checks, Dinner Gift Certificates, and Accommodation Gift Certificates are available from the Lobby Floor Hotel Check Counter.
Q Can I purchase items at other locations?
Some of the more popular chocolates and cookies from Gargantua are available at Tokyo Station, Haneda Airport, and Narita Airport. They make the perfect souvenir for business trips or other travel.
