14Kamakura

Access JR
There are several ways to reach Kamakura from the Tokyo area, including the following:
Take either the JR Yamanote Line or JR Keihin-Tohoku Line from Yurakucho Station to Shinagawa Station (approx. 10 min.). At Shinagawa Station, transfer to the JR Yokosuka Line and take it to Kamakura Station (approx. 50 min.).
  • Take the JR Tokaido Main Line from Shimbashi Station and transfer to the JR Yokosuka Line at either Ofuna Station or Totsuka Station, or transfer to the Enoshima Electric Railway train line at Fujisawa Station.

15Hakone

Access JR and Hakone Tozan Railway
Take either the JR Yamanote Line or JR Keihin-Tohoku Line from Yurakucho Station to Tokyo Station (approx. 3 min.). At Tokyo Station, take the Tokaido Shinkansen (either Hikari or Kodama) to Odawara Station (approx. 35 min.). At Odawara Station, transfer to the Hakone Tozan Line and take it to Hakone-Yumoto Station (approx. 15 min.).
  • It takes approximately 90 minutes to reach Odawara Station from Tokyo Station or Shimbashi Station when travelling by JR Tokaido Main Line.

Access Highway Bus
Take a highway bus from the Shinjuku Station West Exit Bus Terminal to Fujisan Station (approx. 150 min.).
