Following on the success of our young pâtissiers receiving several prestigious accolades at the World Junior Pastry-Making Championship in Rimini, Italy, this past January, The Imperial is privileged to share three of their award-winning desserts through our Gargantua delicatessen. In addition to "Luna," a delightful chocolate sponge cake whose design took inspiration from the competition's theme "Planet Fantasy," We highly recommend the equally lush "Bon Bon Chocolat" and "Planets," a citrus-scented verrine sucrée featuring plum and fromage blanc.
