The Old Imperial Bar in the Imperial Hotel, Tokyo features new, original menus every month. In March, we offer "Champ de Fraises (picture at right,)"which is brandy-based and with lots of strawberries and reminds you of a spring's strawberry fields. Look forward to trying this cocktail that fully expresses our bartender's creativity.
