The Imperial Hotel, Tokyo's Parkside Diner has added a new sweet to its menu: vanilla and adzuki bean paste ice cream and rice flour dumplings topped with a warm, thick matcha green tea sauce, dubbed the "Hibiya Vert." Treat yourself to this new Japanese-style dessert from this month.
