Beginning November 1st, we invite you to join us at the Imperial Hotel, Tokyo, as we welcome Master Chef Julien Dumas, executive chef of the Parisian epicurean institution Lucas Carton, for three evenings of refined French cuisine. Chef Dumas along with our Chef Thierry Voisin will combine talents to present an inspiring menu of peak autumnal flavors set amidst the relaxing atmosphere of Les Saisons. This unique culinary experience will culminate with a 127th anniversary celebration dinner on November 3rd in commemoration of our grand opening on that day in 1890.
