Can I make reservations on the day I wish to arrive?

A

Reservations are certainly possible, though it will depend on occupancy availability. Please either telephone us to check, or check for vacancies online.

This is certainly possible, though it will depend on occupancy availability. Please inquire directly.

Do you offer any non-smoking rooms?

A

We do offer non-smoking rooms, so please let us know your wishes when you make your reservation. We can also accommodate your requests via internet reservations. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your requests if no non-smoking rooms are available at the time of request.

Our children are still small, so how does this change the room price? What ages or numbers are covered?

A

Pre-school children may sleep in the same bed as their parents at no extra charge. One pre-school child may sleep with one adult. We also provide cots for infants free of charge.

If the internet site says there are no vacancies, does this mean you have no more rooms available?

A

There may be instances when we may be able to accommodate you, so please inquire directly.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

A

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Please inquire directly regarding early check-in or late check-out.

What should I do if I will be checking in late?

A

Please let us know in advance. Please note that if we do not hear from you, we may consider your reservation cancelled as of midnight of the date reserved.
Please note that all entrances other than the the Second Floor Accommodations Entrance are closed late at night.

Which credit cards do you accept?

A

We accept the following cards: AX / VS / MS / UC / DC / DN / JCB / SA / UF / NS / Takashimaya
There may be limitations for cards not listed above, or at certain shops or restaurants, so please inquire for details.

What are your cancellation charges?

A

The following charges will apply if you cancel your reservations.

Cancellation the day before arrival: 20%
Cancellation on the day of arrival: 80%
No-show: 100%

Different cancellation charges may apply with some accommodation plans. Please check your package plan for details.

Can I check or cancel reservations I made through the internet reservation system?

A

Please follow the procedures at “View, Amend or Cancel Your Reservation.” Please note that the deadline for cancelling reservations through our internet site varies by accommodation plan. If the deadline has passed, please contact the hotel directly.

What are parking charges for resident guests?

The charge is 1,000 yen per day for resistered guests (until 6 p.m. on checkout day: tax inclusive). Please present your parking ticket when you check in and check out.

What sort of items may I borrow for young children?

We offer baby beds, step-stools, children’s toilet seats, as well as children’s toothbrushes, pyjamas and slippers. However we stock limited numbers, so please inquire directly for details..

Do you provide additional beds?

A

We provide additional beds at a cost of 7,000 yen (including tax and service charge) per person. We stock limited numbers, so please make your request when you book.

Do you offer any flowers or cakes or the like for guests staying on a special commemorative night?

What hours is room service available?

A

Room service is available 24 hours a day. The menu differs by time of day, so please refer to the menus available in your room for details, or inquire directly.

Do you offer handicapped-accessible rooms?

A

We do. Please inquire about availability when making reservations.

Do you allow pets?

A

We ask that you not bring any pets into the hotel (with the exception of guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs for handicapped patrons).

Is internet access available?

A

Residents guests may use high-speed LAN or Wi-Fi connections. We will provide you with a Wi-Fi password when you check in.

Are there computers I can rent?

A

We do not rent computers. The resident guests, however, may use the workstations on a complimentary basis at the Business Center on the First Floor in the Hotel Building.

Can I buy the yakata robes and towels in the guestrooms?

A

You may buy the yukata robes and towels at the Hotel Specialities Shop on the Second Floor of the Hotel Building. However we stock limited numbers, so please inquire directly for details.
