All rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to 10.25% State Transient Accommodation Tax, 3% County Transient Accommodation Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax (total 17.962%) subject to change without notice.

A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking and will be assessed one-night's room charge with applicable tax 30 days prior to arrival. Full nonrefundable prepayment of room rate and applicable tax is subsequently required 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be assessed a one-night's room charge. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival are subject to full cancel charge of room rate and applicable tax. As for Orchid Suite, Halekulani Suite, Royal Suite, Executive Luxury Suite, to guarantee reservations, a one night's deposit, non-refundable, is required at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full non-refundable pre-payment will be required. May vary according to season.

Maximum of three persons to a room; third person (18 years and older) is an additional US$165(2023), US$175(2024) per night. No additional charge for one child 17 years-old and under, utilizing existing bedding or extra bed.

Check in time is 3:00p.m. Check out time is 12 noon. For those guests whose rooms are not available upon arrival, the Hospitality Suite is available for your convenience and comfort.
