All rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to 10.25% State Transient Accommodatinal Tax, 3% County Transient Accommodational Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax (total 17.962%) subject to change without notice.

Maximum of three persons to a room; third person (18 years and older) is an additional US$95 per night. No additional charge for one child 17 years-old and under. (Utilizing extra bed is an additional US$95)

A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking and will be assessed one-night's room charge with applicable tax 30 days prior to arrival. Full nonrefundable prepayment of room rate and applicable tax is subsequently required 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be assessed a one-night's room charge. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival are subject to full cancel charge of room rate and applicable tax.
