All rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to 11% State Transient Accommodatinal Tax, 3% County Transient Accommodational Tax and 4.712% General Excise Tax (total 18.712%) subject to change without notice.

Maximum of three persons to a room; third person (18 years and older) is an additional US$95 per night. No additional charge for one child 17 years-old and under, utilizing existing bedding or extra bed.

To guarantee reservations, a credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking the reservation.
No cancellation penalty if cancelled prior to 72 hours of arrival. One night room charge at confirmed rate will be assessed for cancellations within 72 hours of arrival or non-arrival guest.

Full nonrefundable prepayment of room rate and applicable tax is subsequently required 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be assessed a one-night's room charge. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival are subject to full cancel charge of room rate and applicable tax.
