About Dining and Lounges
Q What sort of restaurants are in the hotel?
We offer French, other Western-style cuisines, Japanese cuisine, a Bar and a Lounge.
Q Do you have any Japanese restaurants?
We have a Japanese restaurant "Azusa-an".
Q Are there any private rooms?
We unfortunatelydo not have restaurants which offer private rooms.
Q Do your restaurants allow children?
All restaurants do not have restrictions on children.
Q Do any of your restaurants allow smoking?
In the Bar Horn, smoking is allowed.
Q Can wheelchairs be used at any of your restaurants?
Wheelchairs may be used in all of our restaurants.
For breakfast
Q Which restaurants serve breakfast?
Breakfast is served at the Dining Doom and the Azusa-an. Please make the reservation for the breakfast in the Azusa-an.
Q Are non-resident guests also able to have breakfast at your restaurants?
We welcome customers who are not staying with us for lunch at the Azusa-an and the Alpenrose, and the Lobby Lounge. Breakfast, dinner and the Lobby Lounge after 5:00 p.m. are restricted to resident guests.

Q Do I need to reserve a restaurant in advance?
Please make reservations in advance for dinner at the Dining Room, breakfast and dinner at Azusa-an.
Please note that we do not reserve seats at Alpenrose.
Q Is there a dress code?
Dress codes are different at each establishment, and we do suggest you confirm directly with the restaurant of your choice for details.
In the Dining Room, we request guests to avoid excessive casual clothes or shoes like T-shirts, knee pants, sandal shoes, or mountaineering boots.
Many of Gentlemen wear jackets and Ladies wear dresses in the Dining Room.
Q We would like to celebrate a special event. Can we book flowers or cakes?
We welcome your requests. Please inform us when you place your reservations.
Q Are you able to accommodate food allergies or other dietary restrictions?
We do our very best to meet individual needs. Please inform us when you place your reservations.
Q Do you have children's menus?
We have special children's menus for dinner at the Dining Room and Azusa-an. Please inquire when making reservations for details.
Q Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept the following cards: AX / VS / MS / UC / DC / DN / JCB / SA and so on.
There may be limitations for cards not listed above, or at certain shops or restaurants, so please inquire for details.
