Q Can I make a same-day reservation?
Yes, same-day reservations can be accommodated, depending on our availability. To ensure your desired room is available, we strongly recommend checking by phone or online in advance, especially since we can often be fully booked.

Yes, we do offer advance payment options upon request. Please contact us for more details on the payment process.
Q Can I specify the floor or location I wish to stay in?
Room reservations are accepted based on room type. We'll certainly do our best to fulfill your preferences for a particular floor or location, but please note that such requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

All of our guest rooms are non-smoking.
Q If rooms are fully booked online, is there no availability at all?
Rooms sometimes become available due to cancellations or other reasons. Please contact us by phone for the latest availability.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 12:00 noon.
Q What should I do if I will be checking in late?
Please notify us in advance if you anticipate a late arrival. Please note that if we do not receive notification, we may consider your reservation cancelled as of midnight of the date reserved.
