Greetings from the General Manager

Dear patrons and friends,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued patronage.

The Imperial Hotel was established in 1890 as a state guesthouse and has continued to welcome guests for more than 130 years.

This year, the main building will begin operating independently in conjunction with the Uchisaiwai-cho 1-chome district redevelopment project, which will continue until 2036. As we approach our 135th anniversary, we will return to the belief of our first chairman, Eiichi Shibusawa, in "responding to and contributing to the needs of society," and strive each day to be a place where all people, including our guests, staffs can shine.
