Q Are products available for pre-order?

Whole cake reservations are required and must be placed at least 3 days in advance via our online booking page or by calling us directly. For all other confections, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. As our daily production is limited, these items are available for same-day purchase at our patisserie. Please note that we do not offer holds or reservations for these items.
Q Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, UC, DC, Diners Club, JCB, and Credit Saison. Please note that acceptance may vary depending on individual outlets within the hotel or for certain card types.
