Q What business support functions are available?
We have a Secretarial Services Desk to provide business support as well as meeting rooms on the Fifth Floor of the Main Building. Please refer here for details.
Q Is there anywhere to hold meetings?
We have a complimentary usage meeting room, exclusively for hotel guests, for up to six persons on the Fifth Floor of the Main Building, as well as a number of Conference Rooms that can be rented.
Banquet Halls may also be used.
Q I would like to buy some Imperial Hotel souvenirs.
We offer sweets and other items produced by the Imperial Hotel at the News Stand and our hotel shop, Gargantua, on the Lobby Floor of the Main Building.
Q How can I access the Airport Limousine Bus Service at Narita Airport? Haneda Airport? How do I pay for the Airport Limousine Bus?
Airport Limousine bus service is available from our Main Entrance. Limousine bus tickets may be purchased at the Limousine bus ticket counter in the Lobby Floor in the Main Building.
Q Can I rent a cell phone while staying at the Imperial Hotel?
The Executive Service Center, 5th Floor of the Main Building will assist you to rent it.
Q I am looking to take a tour of Tokyo or buy tickets to a show, concert or other events in Tokyo while staying at the Imperial Hotel. Can someone assist me?
Concierge, on the Lobby Floor of the Main Building will assist you for various tours, events, shopping and entertainment in Tokyo.

Q I am looking to buy bullet train tickets to or from Tokyo while staying at the Imperial Hotel. Can someone assist me?

Fitness Center, Pool and Saunas
Q How do I use the pool or fitness facilities?
We offer a Fitness Center, Pool, Saunas, and Massage Parlor for the exclusive use of hotel guests on the 20th Floor of the Imperial Tower. We provide training clothing or bathing suits for use if required (some may require a charge).

Q Can I use the Pool or Fitness Center if I am not a resident guest?
Usage in general is restricted to resident guests. You may, however, use them if you are accompanied by a resident guest.
Q Do I need reservations for the Pool or Fitness Center?
You do not need reservations to simply use the facilities. However, you will need to make advance reservations to use the lesson programs or lessons with specialist trainers.
Q Are there any age restrictions on who can use the pool?
Guests under the age of 12 are permitted with accompanying guardians.
Preschool children may use the pool without charge.
Children wearing diapers should not enter the pool. That also applies to waterproof diapers.
