About Dining and Lounges

Q What sort of restaurants are in the hotel?
A

We offer French and other Western-style cuisines, buffets, teppanyaki, sushi, tempura, and Chinese cuisine.

Q Do you have any Japanese restaurants?
A

We have a wide range of Japanese restaurants, offering dishes such as sushi, tempura, sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, and kaiseki cuisine.

Q Are there any private rooms?
A

Many of our restaurants offer private rooms, both large and small. Please search here for details of your desired restaurant.

Q Do your restaurants allow children?
A

Some of our restaurants have restrictions on children, depending on the time of day and their age.

Q Do any of your restaurants allow smoking?
A

All restaurants, bars, lounges and banquet halls (including waiting rooms and lobbies) on the premises are non-smoking.

For our restaurant patrons, we offer smoking lounges below:

・Level 17, Main Building: Adjacent to the Imperial Viking Sal
・The Mezzanine Floor, Main Building: Adjacent to the Old Imperial Bar
・Lower Level 1, Imperial Tower: Adjacent to the La Brasserie

Q Can wheelchairs or strollers be used at any of your restaurants?
A

Wheelchairs may be used in all of our restaurants. Please inquire directly at each restaurant as the table and chair heights are different for each.
Some restaurants do not allow strollers. Please inquire directly.

Q Which restaurants serve breakfast?
A

Breakfast is served at all the four restaurants below. Please search here for details on your restaurant of choice.

  • 17th floor, Main Building: The Imperial Viking Sal buffet restaurant
    Offers a breakfast buffet of both Western and Japanese dishes
  • 2nd floor, Main Building: Les Saisons French restaurant
    Offers a Western-style breakfast either as a table d'hote or a la carte
  • 1st floor, Main Building: Parkside Diner all-day dining
    Offers a Western-style breakfast either as a table d'hote or a la carte
  • Lower Level One , Main Building: Tokyo Nadaman Japanese restaurant
    Offers a Japanese-style breakfast with either rice or okayu (rice gruel)
Q Which restaurants accept reservations?
A
  • 2nd floor, Main Building: Les Saisons French restaurant
  • 1st floor, Main Building: Parkside Diner all-day dining (for resident guests only)
  • Lower Level One, Main Building: Tokyo Nadaman Japanese restaurant (for private rooms only)

* The Imperial Viking Sal and Tokyo Nadaman (with the exception of private rooms) do not, in principle, accept reservations for breakfast.

Q Are non-resident guests also able to have breakfast at your restaurants?
A

We welcome customers who are not staying with us for breakfast as well, but please be aware that resident guests are extended seating priority at The Imperial Viking Sal.

Others

Q Do I need to reserve a restaurant in advance?
A

If you already know the date and time you intend to visit us, we recommend advance reservations.
The Parkside Diner and the Rendez-Vous Lounge and Bar on the Lobby Floor of the Main Building, and the Old Imperial Bar on the Mezzanine Floor of the Main Building, accept reservations only for certain times of day, so please refer to the page for each restaurant for details.
Some restaurants and dining plans also accept online reservations.

Q Is there a dress code?
A

Dress codes are different at each establishment, and we do suggest you confirm directly with the restaurant of your choice for details.

Gentlemen are requested to wear a jacket in the Main Dining Room, Les Saisons.

Q We would like to celebrate a special event. Can we book flowers or cakes?
A

We welcome your requests. Please inform us when you place your reservations.

Q Are you able to accommodate food allergies or other dietary restrictions?
A

We do our very best to meet individual needs. Please inform us when you place your reservations.

Q Do you have children's menus?
A

We have no special children's menus, but please inquire when making reservations regarding options.

Q What are the parking charges for guests dining at your restaurants?
A
  • Guests dining at Les Saisons, La Brasserie, Kamon, The Imperial Viking Sal, the Old Imperial Bar, and The Imperial Lounge Aqua are offered three hours of complimentary parking for bills of 3,000 yen or more.
  • Guests dining at the Parkside Diner, Nadaman, San Applause, and the Rendez-Vous Lounge are offered two hours of complimentary parking for bills of 3,000 yen or more.
  • Guests dining at Toraya are offered one hour of complimentary parking for bills of 3,000 yen or more.
Q Which credit cards do you accept?
A

We accept the following cards: AX / VS / MS / UC / DC / DN / JCB / SA and so on.

There may be limitations for cards not listed above, or at certain shops or restaurants, so please inquire for details.
