Notice Notice Regarding Construction Noise due to Redevelopment of Uchisaiwaicho 1-chome District

At present, in the Uchisaiwaicho 1-chome district, the TOKYO CROSS PARK redevelopment project—which includes our own rebuilding plan—is underway. The redevelopment is progressing in stages for each area within the district, and construction work has already commenced in the area adjacent to our property.

As a result, depending on the time of day and the facilities you use within the hotel, there may be intermittent construction noise both during the day and at night. In addition, construction-related lighting may be visible during certain hours.
