Poke Trio(Tuna, Salmon, Shrimp) 2,800 yen
We have prepared an appetizer trio featuring three varieties of poke: traditional Hawaiian "Ahi Poke," made with savory seared rare tuna paired with avocado and tobiko. "Lomi Lomi Salmon," combining smoked salmon with vibrantly colored diced vegetables; and "Shrimp Poke," consisting of boiled shrimp tossed in a white soy sauce and sesame oil base with a spicy kick of chili sauce.

 

Halekulani Loco Moco Plate with Poke Trio 7,800 yen
Enjoy a luxurious Loco Moco plate featuring crispy pan-fried rice, a thick 200g hamburger steak, and a deep-fried poached egg. This gourmet one-plate meal is rounded out with aromatic flame-grilled king oyster mushrooms, golden pineapple, and a fresh kale salad.

 

 

Halekulani Laulau Plate with Poke Trio 7,500 yen
Beef ribeye is seared to perfection and slow-cooked in a special bouillon for three hours until tender, served with a smooth pumpkin purée and spinach infused with flavorful broth. Please enjoy this authentic taste of the Hawaiian tropics to your heart's content.

Savor our perennially popular Halekulani Coconut Chiffon Cake, served Halekulani-style with a delicate framboise sauce.
