About Dining and Lounges

Q What sort of restaurants are in the hotel?
A

We offer French and other Western-style cuisines, Chinese cuisine, teppanyaki, sushi, and other Japanese cuisines.

Q Do you have any Japanese restaurants?
A

We have Osaka Nadaman Japanese restaurant and Kubey offering sushi.

Q Are there any private rooms?
A

Les Saisons, Kamon, Jasmine Garden, Osaka Nadaman and Kyubey offer private rooms, both large and small.

Q Do your restaurants allow children?
A

All restaurant except for Les Saisons do not have restrictions on children. Les Saison is restricted to those over 10 years of age.

Q Do any of your restaurants allow smoking?
A

All restaurants, bars, lounges and banquet halls are non-smoking.

We offer smoking lounges below:

  • Level 2, Hotel Building: Outside of the Main Entrance
Q Can wheelchairs or strollers be used at any of your restaurants?
A

Wheelchairs may be used in all of our restaurants. Please inquire directly at each restaurant as the table and chair heights are different for each.
Strollers may be used in all restaurants except for Les Saisons.

For breakfast

Q Which restaurants serve breakfast?
A

Breakfast is served at Café Couvert, The Park, and Osaka Nadaman. Please note that we do not, in principle, accept reservations for breakfast.

Q Are non-resident guests also able to have breakfast at your restaurants?
A

We welcome customers who are not staying with us for breakfast as well.

Q Do I need to reserve a restaurant in advance?
A

If you already know the date and time you intend to visit us, we recommend advance reservations.

Q Is there a dress code?
A

Dress codes are different at each establishment, and we do suggest you confirm directly with the restaurant of your choice for details.

Q We would like to celebrate a special event. Can we book flowers or cakes?
A

We welcome your requests. Please inform us when you place your reservations.

Q Are you able to accommodate food allergies or other dietary restrictions?
A

We do our very best to meet individual needs. Please inform us when you place your reservations.

Q Do you have children's menus?
A

We have no special children's menus, but please inquire when making reservations regarding options.

Q What are the parking charges for guests dining at your restaurants?
A

Guests dining at our restaurants are offered complimentary parking as follows

  • Three hours for bills of 3,000 yen or more
  • Four hours for bill of 10,000 yen or more
Q Which credit cards do you accept?
A

We accept the following cards: AX / VS / MS / UC / DC / DN / JCB / SA and so on.

There may be limitations for cards not listed above, or at certain shops or restaurants, so please inquire for details.

Q Do you offer any vouchers or gift certificates?
A

Our Dinner Gift Certificates are available from the Hotel Specialities Shop on the Second Floor of the Hotel Building.
