Nadaman, with its long heritage, has served typical Japanese cuisine for many decades.
Our sukiya-style interior is a legacy of one of Japan's greatest architects, the late Togo Murano.
Here you can enjoy genuine kaiseki cuisine, made with the choicest seasonal ingredients, as well as flavors from all seasons using carefully selected ingredients.
