Part 2: Scandinavia (July 1 to August 31, 2026)

For our second chapter, we transport you to Scandinavia, the very birthplace of the buffet ("smörgåsbord"). Treat yourself to an authentic Scandinavian feast with unique, rarely seen dishes, including Swedish meatballs, Danish flæskesteg (roast pork), and Jansson's Temptation (a classic Swedish potato and anchovy gratin).

Part 3: Philippines (September 1 - 30, 2026)

A Philippine food fair will be held in celebration of the 70th Anniversary of the Normalization of Diplomatic Relations between the Philippines and Japan.
During the event, we will be offering a unique style of Filipino cuisine that radiates a refined sensibility.
Enjoy to the fullest a profound culinary experience, where traditional techniques and ingredients, high quality cooking and modern flare intertwine.
