USER GUIDE

At Imperial Hotel Limousine Service, we offer a service dedicated to meeting the customer's every request to allow you to enjoy the same level of comfort as when using the Imperial Hotel.
Please feel free to order us to take you to business talks or to go sightseeing.

  • Airport transfers

    Please leave airport pick-ups from Narita or Haneda airports to us. We can handle transfers in the middle of the night, or first thing in the morning. We have staff fluent in English to meet overseas VIP guests.

  • Guest Collection Service

    Provide us with the address, specified date, and time and we will arrange for a chauffeur-driven vehicle to meet and bring your guest to the hotel or other destination on a one-off or regular basis.

  • Book us for sightseeing

    We offer various sightseeing routes, depending on customers' wishes.

  • How many adults can we pick up?

    We also offer minivans and people carriers (max. capacity: 9 people). These can transport a large number of people, as well as handling a large amount of luggage.
