The Imperial Viking Sal is the Imperial Hotel’s buffet restaurant, and Japan’s very first “viking” buffet eatery. Our experienced chefs prepare the food right in front of you, with a menu featuring dynamic roasts and fragrant freshly baked pies. Lunch offers a view over the luscious greenery of Hibiya Park while dinner can be enjoyed alongside Tokyo’s scintillating night view. How better to spend some precious time with close family and friends?

Parkside Diner offers all-day dining, from early in the morning to late at night. Choose from a spot at the counter, a spacious bench, or a soft seat by the window, and enjoy the new Imperial hotel-style dining experience just as you like. In addition to some Imperial Hotel classics - the Imperial Pancake, American Clubhouse Sandwich, and Vegetable Curry - the menu includes an assortment of scrumptious delights, including generously-sized diner style hamburgers and American-style pies and sundaes.
